"Inner" Privacy Policy

• Account Information: Name/display name, email, phone (optional), authentication tokens.
• Content: Photos, videos, captions, comments, and recipient lists. Encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+).
• Usage Data: Diagnostic logs, crash reports, and aggregate feature‑usage metrics.
• Device Information: Model, OS version, language, and time‑zone.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the App, authenticate users, deliver notifications, detect and prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. No Advertising or Automated Analysis

We do not serve third‑party ads, profile you, or train algorithms on your Content.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your Content remains on our secure servers until you delete it or your account is terminated, after which it is erased from active systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

6. Sharing of Information

We share data only with:

• Service providers that host or process data strictly on our behalf under confidentiality agreements;
• Recipients you explicitly designate through the App’s sharing features; and
• Authorities when required by law, after notifying you where legally permitted.

7. International Transfers

Data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We employ safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate protection.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us at aleksandras@coder.lt to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.

10. Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, least‑privilege access controls, and regular security audits. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in‑App notice or email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect indicates acceptance.
